Apartment Prices

• Prices are per apartment per night, excluding local tax and final cleaning fee
• Local tax: €2.60 per person per day (for guests aged 15 and older)
• Final cleaning fee: Apartment A one-time fee of € 60,- | Apartment B one-time fee of € 40,-

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM
• Check-out: By 9:00 AM
• Subject to availability, early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request. Alternatively, you are welcome to store your luggage with us.

Payment

• Peak season: 30% deposit upon booking, remaining balance to be paid in cash or by EC card upon departure.
